DEPOSIT PAYMENTS

All bookings require a deposit. For off peak the deposit is the first nights accommodation.

For peak periods the deposit is $100 for powered sites, and $200 for cabin and glamping tent bookings.

For Kayaking the full amount is taken at time of booking.

REFUND POLICY

  • Our cancellation policy for the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak is the same as below with regards to refunds. We are adding the following clause for the duration of the pandemic. "Up to 48 hours prior to check in (2pm) you are welcome to cancel your booking and take a full credit for future accomodation at Jamieson Caravan Park. "  Please give us as much notice as possible on cancellations as it will give us opportunity to rebook.

  • Under two weeks notice - deposit forfeited.

  • Between two and four weeks notice - 50% Deposit forfeited. $25.00 administration fee applies.

  • Over four weeks notice - Deposit refunded. $25.00 administration fee applies.

  • If you wish to stay 1 or more nights less, and inform us less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date, then the deposit will be charged to the cancelled days.

  • Leaving early will not merit a refund of any sort. Even if we kick you out for breaking the rules.

PEAK PERIODS/ MINIMUM STAY

During peak periods minimum stays apply. For the rest of the year 1 night stays are welcome. Peak periods are all Public Holidays, Long Weekends, and Summer School Holidays (incl. Christmas, New Years, Australia Day).

  • Long Weekends - 3 nights minimum

  • Easter Weekend - 4 nights minimum

  • Melbourne Cup Weekend - 4 nights minimum

  • Summer School Holidays  - 3 nights minimum
