Mt Stirling Alpine Resort
The ungroomed terrain of Mt Stirling offers technical trails and powder bowls for the back-country ski/boarder. Alternatively, book a guide and go for a snowshoe wander up the hill through the beautiful gum trees.
There is a lovely cafe and three toboggan areas to guarantee a fun winter wonderland for all ages.

Mt Terrible 4wd Trip (no access fees to the snow)
For the more intrepid adventurer, Mt Terrible is an 1.5 h 'easy' 4 wheel drive tour. Enjoy the scenic drive, play in the snow and take in the stunning vistas from the top. Make sure you pack a picnic and wood to enjoy in the mountain hut before you head back to Jamieson.
